The first issue we think about when we talk about Family Law is divorce, but there are many other aspects: Economic relations between spouses, or between parents and children, filiation, maintenance between relatives, etc.

Even if you are not in any problematic situation, it is always advisable on occasions to regulate the coexistence in the marriage through a pre-contract, or the economic relations of a second marriage if there are children of the previous one, or your partner has them, or to know your rights well and obligations.
